Technicians access the dashboard for the system through any standard browser. The network monitoring system uses SNMP to supervise devices on the network. The service requires that agent programs are installed on the client site. The LAN monitoring pages of the RMM are attractively laid out and include alerts and performance data in color-code graphical elements.
